Woodchuck USA's Chicago Box - an expression of premium craftsmanship and durability. When we began making hinged boxes, we found that classic hinges were not very durable and damaged the wood over time. Using Chicago screws and a more robust hinge, the hinged box has become an affordable, durable, and premium option.
Using our signature laser-cut stitches, our wood gift boxes are a premium way to package any product. Made from sustainable, real wood, these gift boxes can be found in any of our four standard materials. Customization can be placed on either side of the lid (top of the box or inside of the lid).

We pride ourselves in making all of our custom items and products by hand to ship out to you. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business and the fact that every single item is handmade to order, all sales are final, and we cannot offer you a refund. However, if your product is damaged during shipping or at any point on its way to your door, we will be happy to replace or refurbish it for you at no additional charge.
