Huge Knot Hole & No Response

I purchased a live edge walnut cutting board to replace an old plastic cutting board. The board is nice and quality, but has a hole/recess in it where part of a knot fell out. This recess is large enough to fit the tip of my pinky finger up to the first knuckle in it. Unfortunately this large hole makes the board basically unsafe for food since it can't be cleaned properly and can harbor bacteria or food particles.

I messaged Woodchuck about exchanging this board for another but never received a response. After reading the return policy, any item that has a price ending in $X.99 is not returnable.
