We pride ourselves in making all of our custom items and products by hand to ship out to you. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business and the fact hat every single item is hand made to order, all sales are final, and we cannot offer you a refund.

However, if your product is damaged during shipping or at any point on its way to your door, we will be happy to replace or refurbish it for you at no additional charge. If your item was damaged in transit, please call or e-mail info@woodchuckusa.com!

It's great quality

I like this journal with the flag but I loved my previous purchase that had the N, W, E, S with the saying more yes, less no, more adventures, less screens, more creation, less hesitation, more risks, less fear please bring it back

American Edition Spiral Journal Review

I bought this as a gift for a friend and he loved it. The journal covers are made of high-quality wood that appears to be very durable. The design of the flag is very precise and well-inscribed into the cover. I have no doubt the cover will retain it's beauty long after the pages inside have been used.
I was initially drawn to Woodchuck USA products because of their "Buy One, Plant One" program. Both my friend and I love the concept and the way it benefits sustainability as well as the way it directly relates to individual purchases.

Great notebook

The rings are really big that would be the only feedback. I loved my whole order except the pen I customer ordered. It just feels light and inexpensive, it does not write very well, and sadly my sons initials monogram is tiny and unreadable. Still love the company and everything I have in the past. Just the pen was a big let down.
