Return Policy

We pride ourselves in making all of our custom items and products by hand to ship out to you. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business and the fact hat every single item is hand made to order, all sales are final, and we cannot offer you a refund.

However, if your product is damaged during shipping or at any point on its way to your door, we will be happy to replace or refurbish it for you at no additional charge. If your item was damaged in transit, please call or e-mail info@woodchuckusa.com!

Awesome product. Wasn’t a fan of customer service.

While I will say the final product was beautiful and I was a huge fan of it, I wasn’t a fan of how the customer service piece of the equation was handled. My initial shipment had a cracked piece of wood and incorrect pages in the guest book that was ordered. Woodchuck would not send a corrected replacement until the wrong/damaged one was returned. My job required me to travel and I was gone for a good bit due to current world events. Once I returned home from work travel, in order to ensure I had the guest book for my son’s wedding in time, I had to spend an additional $130 (the book itself cost a fraction of that to begin with) to have the replacement book overnighted in order to have it in time for the wedding. Had the issue been self-inflicted, I would have gladly eaten whatever cost necessary to get the right thing in the timeline I needed. But the error was the fault of the business and not mine as I had already paid for an item that was delivered damaged and incorrectly built, so I was a little miffed at the total inflexibility to make it right and the cost I incurred in order to give my son what I had promised him for his special day.
